about our IT service
It is very common for our customers to request on-site computer technical service. At bemovil we offer this possibility to our computer maintenance clients.
In the case of “In Situ” services we serve Granada and the metropolitan area. However, we have available a remote connection service through which we provide service throughout the national territory.
The warranty of the services performed is 3 months, for the same breakdown or problem solved. According to: (Article 6.2 of Royal Decree 58/1988, of January 29, 1988, on the protection of consumer rights in the repair service of household appliances). Any manipulation, misuse or repair by third parties invalidates this warranty. Any Software/Hardware installed later by the customer, or by third parties, may cause problems in the equipment (slowness, crashes, conflicts), resulting from the installation of such software/Hardware. Virus removals or program or operating system configurations are not guaranteed since it is up to the user to make good use of the programs and to use them carefully.
