However, it is important to note that our responsiveness is highly efficient, and most repairs where the customer brings the device to the store are completed within the same day, i.e. within less than 4 hours.
Before proceeding with the repair of any device, it is highly recommended that the customer performs a complete backup of the data stored on the device.
It is important to emphasize that bemovil assumes no responsibility for the integrity of the data that the customer may have stored in the device.
If the customer has critical or relevant data on the device, it is imperative that the customer communicates this in advance at the time the device is delivered so that appropriate action can be taken.
It should be noted that any such action requiring special intervention carries an additional cost.
The quality of the service will not vary if you decide to bring your cell phone to be repaired in one of our stores or by requesting the home pick-up and delivery service.
The only difference is that if you leave the phone in one of our stores, you will save shipping time and associated costs (15€).
